These terms govern your use of websites, applications, and AI-powered services provided by Omni Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including voice agents, automations, and related deliverables.

1. Our services

We provide consulting, implementation, and ongoing support for AI voice experiences, workflow automation, and website builds. Specific scope, fees, and timelines are set in your order, statement of work, or other written agreement.

2. AI outputs and limitations

Services may use third-party or self-hosted machine learning and voice models. AI-generated responses, transcriptions, summaries, or content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for regulated or high-risk decisions without human review. You are responsible for how you use outputs in your business.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to violate law, mislead end users, harvest data without proper notice and consent, infringe intellectual property, or send unlawful or harmful content through automations or voice systems we operate on your behalf.

4. Data and privacy

Processing of personal data in connection with our services is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process data on your instructions, you remain responsible for lawful collection and for providing any required notices to your customers.

5. Warranties and liability

Except where required by law, our services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for losses arising from reliance on AI outputs. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
